Public Safety committee

who we are

The committee of Public Safety serves the City of Edinburg in order to improve the quality of life in the community by addressing safety concerns and providing a healthy environment for all citizens. The committee will continue to research and collect information on needs for our community from street signs, safety areas for children and individuals with disabilities, first responders. Road safety is as important for our community as our citizens, and we want to continue to expand safety around our streets and avoid back-logged traffic. This committee meets quarterly or as needed.
